California Privacy Rights - If you reside in California, you have the right to ask one time each year if Byrne has shared personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Updates to this Policy - From time to time, Byrne may update its privacy policies. Byrne will notify you of any material changes to our Policy as required by law. Byrne will also post an updated copy on its website. Please check Byrne’s site periodically for updates.

Nature of Information Acquired – The personally identifiable information Byrne acquires through the website is subject to our normal business practices and internal controls consistent with legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.
